Our journey begins in the charming town of Franklin, often dubbed the “The Gem Capital of the World”. With its quaint downtown area filled with local shops and eateries, it’s the perfect spot to grab a cup of coffee and fuel up before hitting the road. **Must-See Waterfalls Along the Route**

1. **Looking Glass Falls**: Just a short ride from Brevard, this iconic waterfall is easily accessible and can be viewed from the roadside. With a height of 60 feet, Looking Glass Falls is perfect for a quick photo op and a refreshing mist on a warm day.

2. **Sliding Rock**: Not far from Looking Glass Falls, Sliding Rock is a natural waterslide that offers fun for the adventurous at heart. It’s a popular spot during the summer months and provides a great place to cool off.
